| Requisitos: | The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate that they meet the following criteria: • Degree in Engineering or MBA • Minimum 5 years experience in Project & Risk Management of Large projects • Experience in managing a multi-cultural team • Experience within Signalling will be a distinct advantage • MS Project/Primavera will be an asset • Fluent English and Spanish A confident individual, you will be customer focussed, committed to delivering excellence and have the necessary drive for success. Additionally, you will have capacity to mobilise team members as the ability to influence across several countries and within various functions at all levels of the organisation will be a critical success factor for the role. |

| Funciones a desarrollar: | Reporting to the Head of RCS within the Region and as a key member of the Regional Team, the successful candidate will be required to co-ordinate and control all Projects within the region in the value of 100MEuros and often involving new and critical technologies. This is therefore, a significant and crucial role for the business. Proven success at managing such large and critical projects will lead to wider more far reaching responsibilities including a larger project porfolio and direct supervision of a small team of Project Managers and indirectly a team of staff in various locations principally across Europe. More precisely responsibilities will be to: • Lead, control and co-ordinate all critical project activity • Participate in all Bid activities • Manage risks related to the projects • Act as a key member of the Management Team • Be responsible to ensure the financial scope of the project are managed effectively and are realised |
