QUALIFICATIONS: Will have knowledge of personnel policies, labor laws, and social security regulations in Spain. Will have highly developed oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Must have experience with all accounting functions such as general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cost accounting. Must be able to employ a variety of accounting concepts, principles and practices; reconcile; analyze and report the status of ledgers, costs, accounts payable, and other systems in accordance with both Spanish and U.S. GAAP. Must possess a bachelors degree in accounting or business management/administration from an accredited college or university. Must have well-rounded experience, in excess of five (5) years, in the areas of personnel managing, finance, procurement, and labor laws.
