Requisitos:	POSITION DESCRIPTION POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES MANAGER DUTIES: Ensures that all administrative work required for the proper functioning of the corporate office is carried out in a satisfactory manner. Assists in the administration and implementation of Company personnel policies and benefits. Initiates and maintains good relations with financial and government institutions within the administrative sphere. Coordinates or performs translations from Spanish to English and vice versa of legal and administrative documents. Manages the finance operation. Adheres to standard payroll systems and procedures in accordance with both Spanish and U.S GAAP. Maintains general ledger, payroll accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank statements, records and files. Maintains Petty Cash and Petty Cash records, makes disbursement and reimbursements in accordance with JAJGDS procedures. Prepares the accounting period close out reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, tax documents on a monthly and an annual basis. Responsible for the performance of any other jobs related to the personnel Management/Administration or Financial fields as determined by the General Manager. May be tasked with special projects by the General Manager.

Funciones a desarrollar:	QUALIFICATIONS: Will have knowledge of personnel policies, labor laws, and social security regulations in Spain. Will have highly developed oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Must have experience with all accounting functions such as general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cost accounting. Must be able to employ a variety of accounting concepts, principles and practices; reconcile; analyze and report the status of ledgers, costs, accounts payable, and other systems in accordance with both Spanish and U.S. GAAP. Must possess a bachelors degree in accounting or business management/administration from an accredited college or university. Must have well-rounded experience, in excess of five (5) years, in the areas of personnel managing, finance, procurement, and labor laws.
