Requisitos:	Responsibilities would include OO programming (C++, PHP, C#, etc.), project planning, scheduling, and (possibly) occasional travel to client sites if necessary. Current project includes such diverse technologies as ASP.NET, PHP / MySQL,FileMaker programs, C++ on both the Windows and Linux platforms, etc. I hope to steer all future work in the .NET framework direction, but PHP will definitely continue to be used. I am also very open to the use of other (especially newer and more exciting)technology. The ideal candidate must have 1-3 years of demonstrable programming experience, and must be ACTIVELY INTERESTED in mastering the art of programming. The ability to quickly adapt to different platforms /technologies is indispensable. The ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English is preferred, but programming ability is the overriding consideration. Work hours would be very flexible. Good coding (in every sense) and RESULTS would be the only work that I require, but optional opportunities exist for the highly motivated.
