| Requisitos: | Required Qualifications/Experience/Skills - Electrical or Electronic Technical background. Could be valid a person with a Professional Degree in Electronics (Formación Profesional) if meets below requirements. - Experience of at least 2 years in Engineering/Maintenance in industrial plants. - Experience in control, instrumentation and PLC knowledge is a must. High level of electrical and electronic knowledge. Mechanical maintenance and project management is a plus. - The candidate will exhibit a passion for continuous improvement. - Ability to manage people. - High knowledge of MicrosoftOffice package - English knowledge. High level writer and speaker. Temporary work contract and actual incorporation company. | Funciones a desarrollar: | For the aeronautical sector major company we need a Head of electromechanical equipment (Possible Future Coordinator) for a new plant in the south of Madrid. Features; During the Plant Expansion Project: - Support the Project team on technical aspects for the assessment and installation of all equipments: Main production line machinery and all ancillary equipments. - Support the pre-installation works afterwards the installation and start-up of the main equipments. - Training in the currently installed machines with Process and Production departments. Be an active part of the annual maintenance shut down in order to gain experience in similar equipments. After installation: - Coordination of the maintenance technicians assigned to the new plant in their day to day duties. - Coordination of these jobs with the rest of the maintenance coordinators, resolving the work priorities in order to maximize the work carried on by the department. - Coordination of the different continuous improvement projects carried on during the year. - Coordination of the preventive maintenance plans to ensure maximum equipments availability and minimum shutdown timing with the assigned resources. - Technical contact with equipment and machinery suppliers. - Apply continuous improvement philosophy to enhance machine reliability and process optimization |
