Our Company SELLBYTEL Group is now looking for French / UK / Spanish Welcome Desk Advisors for a leader in the technological sector.
-Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/emails from resellers, routing onwards if appropriate. Drive answer when time need to find the appropriate answer.
-Provide basic general information on products for inbounds calls or e-mail
-Detect High Business Opportunities and route them to the SBSO country manager
-Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities & campaigns. Additionally, customers may register for Partner events through the Channel Desk.
-Carry out basic profiling of resellers in the Registration database
-Route calls to other call centers (e.g. post-sales) & general signposting as appropriate.
-Manage requests to become partners
