The Role

As a SEM Manager for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland),you will be working for the German Search team (Paid and Organic search, Social media), you will contribute together with the channel managers in their efforts to grow the Search Channel. You will manage the paid listings campaigns for Vistaprint’s website and will be responsible for the development and execution of the search acquisition marketing strategy within your market of expertise.

The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of search engine marketing initiatives including keyword optimization and expansion. You will also be involved in the cross-functional company-wide effort to optimize the site and build quality links for organic search performance. You will work with external and internal resources to coordinate the Search performance against targeted goal including both bookings and profitability. Your performance will be measured against monthly and quarterly targets representing a constant level of sales growth.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth of the Search channels with P&L responsibility in the DACH region

• Develop and execute the strategy to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly target levels for number of customers, overall bookings, marketing spend & contribution margin

• Effectively coordinate other team members to manage the acquisition spend budget to maximize efficiency

• Analyze mid and long term campaign development and identify past drivers and new opportunities for further growth.

• Coordinate the strategy, creative, messaging and deployment of search listing copy, media and offer mix by keyword

• Execute and measure Search marketing strategy at the keyword level

• Play a key role in the cross-functional team effort to optimize the Vistaprint site for Natural “organic” search listings

• Utilize internal and external resources to manage spend and campaigns

• Manage relationship with external search partners and internal Vistaprint team-members to ensure that the Search channels performance is optimized

• Ensure that rapid testing andlearning continue within the channel to promote incremental growth and critical breakthroughs

• Participate in the localization of all content and creative for the market
