| Funciones a desarrollar: | We need someone to manage the development, implementation, operation and maintenance of computer networks, systems, telecommunication and data to service the business to agreed levels in collaboration with Global Data Center service. To provide a continuous, co-ordinated and comprehensive IT security service in coordination with IT Security Function, ensuring that threats to business operations through the medium of information technology are properly identified, evaluated and countered in a timely and cost effective manner. To provide effective and efficient support services to users when workload in MWS will require that in order to ensure optimal use of the resources. Deliverables/Project: - Collaboration with SLM to manage the dimension of the IT infrastructure. - Supported technological projects are properly structured, organised, controlled and reported according to PRINCE2 methodology delivered as plan and on budget. - Provide helpdesk, network and system operational services on high-class standard. - Collaborate with MWS team as required by daily workload balancing. - Server support (“on-site hands directed by the Data Centre Team”) - Software distribution and control - Reactively manage and apply patches and upgrades to other applications and software, managed by the Problem management function. - Support to IT Service Level Manager. - SRM purchases. - Responsible for all “hands” onsite backups at End Markets as directed by the Data Centre Team where this service is applicable. The service will include: • Data restoration. • Tape Management • Adherence to existing End Market policy on tape retention • Creation of all procedure and process around Tape Management (where it is deemed to either not exist or of a poor standard) • Working with local End Market – to provide security at onsite tape storage location • Tape changing and rotation KIPs for this position will be: - Projects delivered within defined costs and timelines as per project brief. - Green security dashboard within scope defined by IT Security Manager. - Participation inService Review Meetings with T2/T3 DC service. - Participation in Local Service Follow-up Meetings. |
