This position is responsible for implementing the customer marketing programmes & communication strategies and tools to increase awareness and market presence of Amadeus Airline IT business, with special focus on Events Management.
Roles and Responsibilities
External and internal events coordination & support
Coordinate the organisation of the e-Commerce Conference 2012 (targeting, invitations, follow-up, logistics, and presentations).
Measure and report ROI for the e-Commerce Conference, and propose corrective actions for future activities when needed.
In coordination with the External Marketing Relations Manager, project manage industry events logistics (relationship with supplier, relationship with agency, planning and budget).
Coordinate the yearly events planning with the input from the subject owners and the External Marketing Relations Manager.
Communicate the Amadeus Airline & Airport IT Value proposition to our customers
“Translate” the value proposition into effective external, customer oriented, messages.
Communicate these messages to the market through the identified channels (events, advertising, online strategy, brochures…)
Translate customer testimonials into powerful messages to be used in the external communication.
Compile case studies to support our value proposition.
Brief and manage communication agency for each project
Create professional brief for each project.
Brief one or several communication agencies, ensure that expectations are clearly understood and select the right agency.
Manage the project and ensure that quality materials are delivered according to brief, budget and deadlines.
