We are recruiting a NATIVE FRENCH speaker for a Technical Service (inbound).
- Dealing with clients queries about routers, modems and switches.
- Assisting with technical support via e-mail, Web support and phone in a professional manner.
- Handling the queries of 1st level agents
- Training of new recruits.
- Dynamic multinational work environment

- FULL TIME POSITION (from Monday to Friday): from 9a.m. to 6p.m. or from 10a.m. to 7p.m.
- Working area: Barcelona.
- Salary: €22.000
- STABLE POSITIONS.
- Native French
- English: medium level at least.
- Having knowledge or experience in configurations of modems, routers, net protocols and switches L2, L3
NAS SAN TCP/IP
- Highly valuable having previous experience as a Customer Service Agent.
