Requisitos

Skills
Degree in the fields of computer science or similar
5 year experience in project management in the information technology sector, including business consulting
PMP certification
Salesforce
Working experience with agile project management methodologies
Solid technical background and experience in software development and web technologies
Working experience with UML standard
Strong working knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio
High level of English language spoken and written
Strong negotiation, communication and change management skills
Analytical, monitoring and planning skills
Team working : strong capability to work transversally and with other department
High motivated with improvement, quality and self-learning
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Funciones a desarrollar

Grupo Tenea selecciona para incorporación directa e indefinida en empresa multinacional a un Project Manager con inglés fluido y experiencia en Salesforce.
Sus competencias principales serán:
Job brief
Experienced Project Manager who will take on the management of strategic projects in the company. Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. The project manager will be part of the business consulting team which includes 2 more consultants.
Responsibilities
" To coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
" To guarantee that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and accomplishing internal project management methodology
" To define the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
" To coordinate and lead the project team
" To develop a detailed project plan and monitor and track progress
" To Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
" To Measure project performance using appropriate KPIs and tools
" To Report and escalate to the head of the department/Sponsor
" To successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders
" To perform risk management to minimize project risks
" To create and maintain project charter with comprehensive documentation established in the methodology
" To train the consulting team in project management techniques, best practices and method
