Descripción de la oferta

Together with Iberia Logistics Director/EMEA Transportation Director selection of carriers and negotiations of rates and transport services.
Manages and maintains contracts, rates and associated documentation.
Negotiate and establish Self Billing agreements and protocols with carriers
Manage relationship and information with 3rd Party
Manages billing processes with carriers
Coordinate internally on the review of the Credit note disputes.
Lead discussions with carriers for resolutions and payment
Review and authorise figures sent to carriers.
Manage relationship and information with 3rdParty
Periodically review business opportunities with aim to improve services while maintaining/improving costs.
Coordinate with EMEA Transportation Director to deliver one common platform for carrier OTD information (internal & external use).
Perform QBRs with incumbent carriers. Oversees internal alignment on quality control issues.
Assemble necessary evidence when required.
Identify opportunities and align need for RFQ with Business.
Coordinate with Internal and External parties the process and details of the RFQ.
Manage 3rd Parties when applicable.
Commence review of Inbound Freight agreements and process across EMEA
Establish clearly defined elements and costs with vendors and inbound carriers.
Agree with Procurement and Local LO on Inbound processes
Commence review of Returns Freight agreements and process across EMEA
Establish clearly defined process and conditions for accepting returned products.
In conjunction with Iberia Logistics Director and EMEA Transportation Director, directs and manages inbound and outbound transportation operations in order to ensure company goals and objections are met.
Handle selection of carriers and negotiations of rates and services.
Conduct a full review of Inbound and Returns freight.
Perform QBRs with incumbent carriers. Oversees internal alignment on quality control issues.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives with carriers, fulfilment centers, customer service and retail teams to improve customer experience,costs or processes
Executes daily/weekly performance management metrics reviews for outbound transportation and derive improvement plans from it
Coordinates with Iberia Logistics Director/EMEA Transportation Director /FO and Finance on freight expenses forecasting.
Promotes safe working practice,achieve and maintain high standards of health and safety
Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requisitos mínimos:
4 years of experience gained in the Logistics/Supply Chain sector, preferably in Transportation Company.
-Excellent customer service skills and commercial understanding
-Performance management experience, a strong analytical mind and advanced Excel skills, MS Access is a plus.
-A Diploma in Business, Economics, Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar field
-Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English, ability to write reports
-A flexible and proactive approach
-Excellent interpersonal skills
