This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate willing to develop his/her career as part of a global pharmaceutical company.

Manage all aspect of the congress and events and lead internal comms
plan development and implementation in Spain: planning, administration, innovation andcreativity, negotiation with suppliers, people management and coordination.

Delivering events on time, tracking and follow-up, under budget control from start to finish.
Planning and monitoring Regional congress centralized. Travelling to
onsite inspection and project managing events
Managingsupplier's relationships and supervise and challenge overall
quality and agency performance during all process steps.
Follow legal regulations and communicate changes to his customers and associates and make sure they are respected.
Follow purchase requirements and procedures.
Setting, communication and maintaining timelines and priorities on
every project.
Follow guidelines and communicate best-practice learnings about event organization.
Propose improvements in respect of exhibition materials, designs,
suppliers, etc., to optimize the results of company's participation in events andcontrol the stock and publication at the Materials
Exhibition tool.
Contribute to the logistics for successful products brand
appearance and transportation of promotional claims/positioning
messages on all global events listed in the relevant Communication / marketing plan.
Control and monitoring the yearly Advertising Plan, both in magazines
and electronic media.
In coordination with the Head of Comms. & Events, leads the area of
internal communication, closely working with Human Resources and being align with Global / Corporate.
Follow the Communications Plan in coherence with the defined strategy for achieving business goals.
Manage internal communication channels, planning, measuring and
executing actions accordingly.
Act as a business partner for achieve business goals, supporting the
BUs for optimizing communication with the rest of the organization, at
local and international level.

Requisitos mínimos:
Degree level / Graduate degree in Marketing, Public Relation or
Spanish, English. Portuguese will be valued.
