Established early in 2005, CENTUM is an engineering company, whose main purpose, from the beginning, was to create an engineering group specialized in innovative high-tech projects by providing its clients with high added value solutions and projects.

As a result of our internal growth, based ona talented and self-Development team, this position focuses on high technological markets. Our aim is to provide global solutions and products focused on our competences and being in agreement with our strategy and clear vision: Becoming an international innovation leader in the development of communication engineering products and services carried out by the company main asset, the talent of our human team.

With this purpose always in mind, we develop engineering projects and technological products specialized in communication, control and signal engineering activities in highly technological sectors covering these business areas: DAS (Defense, Aeronautic and Security) and Telecommunications & Media.

As well, transversally, we are experienced among those areas:

- Systems engineering: CENTUM provides engineering services for embedded system in Aerospace & Telecommunications, covering all the phases of the system life cycle. ƒ{

- Real Time, Safety-Critical Embedded Software and Development.
Devices and Media Quality Assurance - Integration Verification & Validation. ƒ{

- Technology development - CENTUM Products and Solutions

Requisitos mínimos:
We are lookingfor an Aeronautic & Defence Business Development Leader mainly for the Spanish Market.
He/she will work close to our Business Unit Director on our markets strategy in order to improve the business and the position of CENTUM in our strategic areas.

Responsibilities & Tasks:
1. Understand thecompany¡??s values and purpose in order to establish our position at the CENTUM strategic markets and areas according to our strategic plan.
2.To be aware of any technology trends related to our current markets but also potentials.
3. Represent the company and our products and services to the different clients.
4. Identify and create necessities and build new customer relationships, working with our operation areas to transmit our value proposition.
5. Manage the commercial force.
6.To maintain and improve the customer satisfaction.
7. Be the final responsible for any interaction withcustomers (pre-sales, sale, post-sale).
8. Business Development Planning resposible.

Requisitos deseados:
Soft Skills:
1. Good command of communication, oratory and excellent public speech.
2. Happy to work in an engineering environment (Arduino, Apps, Raspberry, Robotic, IoT...)
3. Team worker
4. Excellent negotiations skills and customer management. Innovation enthusiastic.
5. Positivity and Self-motivative.
