Currently we are recruiting a Team Manager for an exciting, challenging project in the financial field to work with us in Madrid; the main goal of this position is to lead the team to meet and exceed business objectives ensuring that key financial, operational and quality metrics are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities
·Continually review and monitor work performance of all agents against agreed KPI's
·Apply a process of continuous review and proactive management of absenteeism and attrition
·Direct involvement in the recruitment,selection
·Undertake formal quarterly performance reviews and monthly meetings
·Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics
·Coach, develop and motivate agents, create an environment which supports the spirit of teamwork based in trust andsupport
·Ensure accurate and timely communication of any client/campaign issues to Operations Manager
Requisitos mínimos:
2/3 year college degree or directly related work experience
·Minimum of 12-18 months call center experience, preferably as a Product Specialist
·Native level of Flemishor Belgium French with advance level of English
·Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
·Effective time management and problem solving skills
