Funciones
• Perform internal projects, as part of the Annual Plan approved by the Board.
• Deploy a business processes mindset looking for improvement, spotting risks and controls and developing the appropriate audit approach.
• Identify underperforming processes to be challenged which do not work as efficiently as expected.
• Examine procedures in various business areas (above all, procurement, but also in finance, sales, IT??) to ensure there are no indications of mismanagement, unnecessary waste of resources or fraud.
• Review accounting records and information related to suppliers, cost, taxes and internal controls to determine if a company is secure and has a strong financial foundation.
• Document testing clearly and transparently.
• Produce recommendations that help improve management of risks and control environment;
• Prepare the internal reports presenting results of the field work and producing value-added recommendations.
• Discuss fact-based recommendations with lead auditors and senior management.
• Execute follow-up audits on the implementation status of outstanding internal audit action plans.
• Participate in corporate or special projects.

Se ofrece

• Potential career plan as staff of the Compliance and Corporate Processes department, reporting directly to the President and to the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
• Advisory role to the Board.
• The position will be based in our headquarters in the PTM of Tres Cantos (Madrid), although some travel might be required.

The position offered is an Internship in the Corporate Control & Processes Department. The most important thing we ask you is not the experience as this is part of what the SENER Group offers you, but the desire to work and learn in an excellent work environment.

Working time is Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:30 and on Fridays from 09:00 to 14:00. In case of having trouble reconciling this Internship with on-going studies, we could offer a part-time position from 9:00 a.m. to 14:00 from Monday to Friday or from 15:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Thursday in our offices located at the PTM in Tres Cantos (Madrid).

We offer paid Internship period estimated in a 5 months period. After this period there is a possibility that the selected candidate continues his/her career in the company.

Requisitos mínimos:
Education and experience:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Law (in-progress).
• Excellent command of Spanish and English C1 level (spoken and written).
• Good command of the main Microsoft Office tools, including Visio for flowcharts.

Required profile
• Strong presence and diplomatic skills.
• Analytical skills combined with ability to work independently.
• Good team player.
• Pragmatic, with a high capacity of organization, analysis, synthesis and resolution.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural competences. Used to work in teams or in an independent way, complying with deadlines.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
