We are looking for motivated GERMAN speaking Customer Service Agents, with also a high level of FRENCH, for customer care and support for a major european travel/transport company.

Main tasks:

- Ensure that all the telephone, e-mail, mail, chat or social media customer contacts are managed and replied within the established deadlines. Ensure that all customer transactions are executed with good quality.

- Give information to prospective customers regarding the reference product with the objective of maximize Once and Done accordingly to objectives/targets.

- Ensure that all customer contacts are handled in an efficient and effective way, while also being focused on customer needs.

- Be able to maximal the revenue generated with the sale, thanks to cross-selling and up-selling.

- Be able to show empathy when the client had to face a difficulty in his booking or during his journey

- Be able to ask the right questions in order to identify the problem precisely and be able to provide the best possible answer.

- Fine tune/personalize the answer to the clients in compliance with elements of speech.

- Ensure that all issues and complaints are identified, registered and effectively addressed.

- Achieve and maintain the objective sales ratio defined by the Sitel client.

- Offer new products and services to customers, according to their needs and requirements and aligned with Sitel's clients.

- Offer a high quality service according to the established processes and procedures.

Required Skills:

- Commercial profile: Outgoing personality, motivated towards sales, argumentative, dynamic, competitive and persistent.

- Good telephone skills, verbal and written.

- MS Office competency.

- Good numerical and analytical skills.

- Being organized, able to plan and prioritize.

- Problem solving approach.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Sales orientation

- Multichannel expertise (social media, chat, telephone, mails, mail)

- Good knowledge of sales techniques and reference products.

- Being able to work as part of a team.


- Reception and back office management for our client.
- Hours: 39 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. + 2 Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Salary: € 20,000 gross / year
- Contract: obra y servicio, two months trial period
- Selective training of 8 days, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Contract from the first day, with customer advisor salary during the training
- Once the training is over, the salary will be the corresponding to the total gross per year salary offered
- Work center: 22@ Barcelona (just a few blocks from the beach)
- Fruits twice per month
