OH37 is an experiential creative agency based in Madrid, we focus on the creation and production of communication soloutions. We are a small company, growing one project at a time, and currently we have a place for a motivated and driven individual to join our team.

Bilingual English / Spanish is a MUST - if you cannot deal with both languages equally please do not apply.
other languages that are a plus: German, Arabic, French, and Portuguese.

The Job:

We are looking for a highly advanced assistant with organizational skills and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a variety of people within the agency as well as external stakeholders.

The candidate must have a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multi-task.
The ability to prioritize workloads and get things done without instruction.
The ability to work under pressure, yet with a keen attention to detail
Able to build relationships and communicate in a confident and effective manner at all levels
Solid experience ( professional level) of using Mac / IOS and Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are a big plus.
Experience working with cloud based storage (drop box)
Previous experience working in a multinational company (2 years minimum with references)
Autodidactic personality, with willingness to learn new skills
Work experience in a creative agency or a marketing company.
The ability to travel outside the Spanish territories for short periods of time.
A valid driving license in Spain.

Job Functions:

Preperation of budgets, quotes, and other financial information.

Compose and manage all communications, electronic, telephone, verbal or hard copy through effective administrative follow up and information management systems to enable the Chief Executives to take decisions and or respond to other people in a timely manner.

Diary management, setting up meetings, and follow ups as required.

Simultaneous translation ( Spanish to English and vice versa) during meetings and other day to day interactions.

Management of governmental and bureaucratic matters for the administration.

Upkeep of the companies archives, filing systems and administrative books.

Social Media skills are a plus.

Additional Info:

This is not a 9 - 5 desk job, if you do not have the ability to self manage, work remotely, handle pressure, or travel for work.

Work will start immediately upon selection.
