Your mission: Reporting to the CEO for the Group, this position will play a critical role in supporting the work and efficiency of the CEO. The PA will oversee the daily administrative activities of the CEO, and serves as a confidential assistant.

What will the role entail?
-Maintain the CEO's schedule, which is constantly changing and requires a significant amount of communication and juggling of priorities
-Schedule meetings and do required research and preparation of materials to support the CEO for his meetings and presentations
-Coordinate and manage travel. The PA will be tasked with developing complex, detailed and organized travel itineraries, and agendas as well as compiling documents for travel-related meetings
-Completing expense reports
-Composing and preparing confidential correspondence
-Plan, coordinate, and ensure the executive schedule is followed & respected
-Organize events e.g. quarterly events, off-sites, team meetings including managing budgets and deadlines.
-Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO with leadership teams, and others on matters related to their areas and priorities
-Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
-Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain confidentiality, trust, and support with senior management staff
-Manage confidential information
-Maintain a strong working relationship with other individuals and departments
-Provide general administrative support including answering calls and emails, returning messages, setting up meetings, greeting visitors, sorting mail and receiving packages

Who will you report to? CEO

Requisitos mínimos:
Minimum experience in the industry: 5-8 years in a similar role

Education level required
-University degree in Business Administration or similar
Required languages
-English level Proficiency and Spanish is required. Other languages will be a plus
Computer Skills
-Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Office 360 (strong knowledge in Excel & PowerPoint
