The GBS HR Front Office Lead is fully accountable for managing the operation in the respective GBS HR Front Office in the country and takes responsibility for the delivery of high-quality services, to supported business locations and clients and against agreed performance targets across all Service Lines (Integrated Talent, Employee Lifecycle, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Global Mobility, Learning & Development, People Analytics and HRIS). As part of the regional GBS HR organization, the Front Office Lead contributes to the global / regional and local roadmap and deliverables.

· Operational Management

Plan, develop and implement a strategic roadmap in line with GBS HR business strategy (e.g. plan the development of the operations and further refine the operating model, organizational structure and governance model, seek opportunities to expand the offering in line with the business strategy).

Ensure all GBS HR processes incorporate appropriate control mechanism, including 4eye-check / SOX checks, data protection and compliance tasks. Ensure a robust framework to enable compliance with all country legal and regulatory requirements. Drive and represent GBS HR in any internal / external HR Audits.

· People Management

Drive financial management including budgeting and forecasting and cost management

Lead the GBS HR Front Office Team in the country.

Define and drive people management strategy of the GBS HR (e.g. workforce planning, training, engagement, mentoring, succession planning, incentives and retention) and lead with example.

· Continuous Improvement

Support processes to standardize within GBS HR and between the GBS / HR functions in order to shape shared service at ABB.

Constantly evaluate the HR proposition and the service to clients.

Continuously analyse operational performance, address issues across the teams and implement a culture of continuous improvements.

Implement Lean approaches to deliver efficiencies through standard processes and synergies.

· Collaboration

Establish and maintain close interaction, communication and two-way feedback between GBS HR, Country HR Organization and Business areas within the supported Country.

Collaborate and interact with all GBS / GBS HR and HR stakeholders such as Country HR, CoE and HRBPs to build / strengthen ABB brand recognition on the market, represent GBS in internal / external meetings and drive set-up of required policies / processes / practices to establish a successful HR Delivery within agreed end-to-end SLAs.

Collaborate with Regional GBS HR Lead, other GBS HR Front Office Leads and GBS HR Hub Delivery Leads / Teams in order to further strengthen and develop the GBS HR strategy, develop further efficiencies and ensure consistency of management approaches.

Requisitos mínimos:
Leadership role managing teams of 2-5 employees.
· Experience in HR or Shared Services Operations (insourced or outsourced).
· Sound Operations management experience in Payroll, Employee Life-cycle and Compensation & Benefits.
· High degree of client orientation and service mind-set.
· Strong analytical approach to problem solving, high degree of proactive behavior and result orientation.
· High degree of structure and self-organization, deadline focused.
· Power point and Excel skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· High degree of passion and commitment.
· Ability to build relations across various teams / countries / cultures.
· Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation skills).
· Fluent in English (oral and written) and Spanish.
