Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a new member of the Tax Team to help our clients in their registration procedures with the Tax Office to be able to launch their business, commercial or investment initiative.
He/r will deal with the key formalities that Spanish or a foreign investor must fulfill in order to set up or start up their business project. This means that he/her will propel the first steps of the procedures of setting-up of a company, the opening of a branch, the acquisition of real estate, the sale and purchase of businesses, etc
In addition to his/her tax department membership, he/she will have a very close relationship with the legal and labor departments, which will be his/her internal clients. The job requires being in contact with national and international clients.
Our mission is that customers can launch their initiatives in the fastest and safest way and can focus as soon as possible on its development.

What profile?
We are looking for a proactive, responsible, orderly person, with communication skills and ease of teamwork, who is immediately integrated into the tax team to take responsibility and develop census procedures within the Firm.

What responsibilities?
Among others, the candidate should become a super-expert in the requirements, documentation and steps required to obtain:

- N.I.E for individuals who are to be shareholders or directors of companies resident in Spain, tax and legal representatives of branches located in Spain or limited liability entrepreneurs;
- N.I.F for legal entities that are to be shareholders or directors of companies resident in Spain or owners of a branch in Spain,
- Provisional and definitive N.I.F of the company resident in Spain that is to be set up.
- Registration in the Traders Census of the Tax Agency.
- VIES VAT Registration.

What requirements?
· High level of English language
· Secretariat / Administrative.
· Communication skills.
· Organized and proactive person.
