You will supervise a team of Service engineers and service coordinators, working with turbochargers in ABB in Algeciras (Cádiz). Reporting to the LBL Manager in Iberia, you will actively contribute to the execution of the Service strategy and Service growth by focusing on customers needs, delivering timely with high quality and cost effective service offerings.

Your responsibilities:

- Driving Service excellence through a satisfactory management of the Service Station, effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.
- Building sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction and retention. Performing customers visits in your area, with the support of the Head of Sales in Iberia to drive a successful service business and keeping focus on customers needs and requirements.
- Exceeding customer expectations by understanding and anticipating current and potential needs. Implementing health, safety and environmental directives and ensuring instructions and regulations are communicated appropriately within the team (including subcontractors) while also monitoring and reporting progress and results.
- Leading service productivity improvement activities in collaboration with the Quality and Continuous Improvement team, utilizing efficient tools to streamline Service processes and applications to support the customer.
- Working closely with HR and Operations manager in Iberia to ensure that the ABB Turbocharging service station in Algeciras is properly organized, resourced and supervised, with all Field Service team members certified in line with global certification and local regulations.
- Reviewing competence levels to ensure each Service Engineer (including subcontractors) is appropriately qualified to handle the jobs assigned to them. Requisitos mínimos:
-An engineering degree
- More than 3 years of experience in managing teams, working as service manager with turbochargers or similar mechanical equipment.
- Sound experience in service sales, strong customer oriented.
- Knowledge of Office and SAP.
- Knowledge of Mecanics
- Ability to travel within Spain.
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
