Job Purpose:  

Working alongside the Sales Operations Manager to drive a sales operations team to achieve both individual and team targets, ensuring Tech Data delivers the highest level of service to our customers at all times.

Responsibilities:
* Assist with workload planning and priority management to ensure the most effective organisation of the team on a daily basis.
* Role model SOE, consistently attaining targets
* Monitoring customer SLA’s for orders, quotes and outstanding queries
* Be the subject matter expert for all relevant systems and tools
* To support all aspects of Sales Operations training, including onboarding and induction activities when required.
* To assist the Management Team with the running of any business incentives offered to the Sales Operations Team.
* To act as the first point of contact and respond quickly and efficiently to any internal and customer escalations.
* Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales Management team.
* Guide, develop and motivate the team
* Deputise for Sales Operations Manager as required

Knowledge Skills and Experience:  
* Effective time management and prioritising skills
* Relationship building internally and with customers
* Experience of working with a CRM system
* Excellent organisation skills
* Numerate with good attention to detail
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strive to achieve set targets
* Understands Sales and Operations Processes
* Experience of working with SAP would be desirable but not essential
* Process driven & result orientated
* Customer focussed
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and face-to-face)
* Excellent people engagement skills
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
