From Sitel we are looking for an Operations Manager with advanced level of English for a premium service in an automotive campaign.


Your main responsibilities would be to lead a 40 people multicultural team, since we deliver the service for countries like Germany, France, Italy, Benelux, amongst others to meet and exceed business objectives ensuring that key financial, operational and quality metrics are consistently achieved.

You would also be in charge of the direct relation with the client, report meetings, metrics and ensuring the global correct performance of the service as well as coaching, developing and motivating agents by providing the skills and knowledge to perform their job.


- Stable contract.
- Salary: 25.000 euros gross/year + bonus.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday between 9h and 18h.
- 39h per week.

LOCATION: Méndez Álvaro.

Requisitos mínimos:
-Previos experience as a coordinator, operation manager in call center.
-Advanced level of english.
