Buscamos un técnico de soporte IT para un cliente importante,

Indispensable coche para desplazamientos entre Valverde y Palazuelos (Segovia) y dos días al mes en las oficinas de Madrid

Role Mission:
· provide end-user support for all customer facing services. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining all PC hardware, technology-related equipment, and software/application to ensure optimal performance.
· Also provide initial network support to the industrial equipment at the bottling lines (production panels, special scanner and label printers, etc.)
· Ensure service requests are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner with technical expertise and a superior level of customer service.
· Operationally meet the customer satisfaction, end-user computing availability, performance, and security SLAs for all IT end-user computing & service desk, working collaboratively with managed service providers, other support & security team leads, ensuring strong governance.
· Demonstrate proficiency in or maintenance of networked end-user computing devices and peripherals of associates (onsite and remote) related to imaging, installs, and repairs.
· Provide technical expertise for complex service desk related issues and maintains the stability of daily operations. Research and resolve difficult and complex problems escalated from the service desk.
· Manage the deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of all end user computing equipment (desktop, laptops, zero clients, peripheral, etc.)

Qualification, Experience & Competencies:
· University degree in IT or equivalent
·3 to 5 year s' experience in hardware/software support and technical services (supporting Microsoft products Windows 10, Office 365 & Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, etc.)
· Must be detail-oriented, security conscious, and proficient in troubleshooting
· Good written and verbal communications skills in English are a must. Display strong inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in an extremely fast paced and nimble operating company
· Ability to work and communicate effectively in a distributed team environment
· Be self-motivated and able to meet objectives with little or no direct supervision
· Preferred certifications: MCSA, ITIL, etc. is a plus

Puesto trabajo
- Ubicación: Segovia (Valverde, Palazuelos) y 2 dias al mes en Madrid
- F.incorporación: Inmediata
- Duración: 1 año de momemento con posibilidad de pasar a plantilla después.
