Synergie Temporary Staffing is willing to hire agents who speak, write and comprehend Dutch at a native level, for one of our TOP Clients, Bosch Service Solutions.
Bosch Service Solutions is a leading solution provider in the area of Business Process Outsourcing for complex, technology-driven services.
In this case, you will be part of a newly implanted service of customer service helpdesk in Bosch to give support to the Workshop Management System (WSMS) tool.

As a Customer Representative some of your responsabilities will be:
- Providing Customer Service Technical Support of first level via E-mail, calls and Skype for Business.
- Receive requests
- Register, categorize, prioritize and solve different incidents.
- Introduce basic tasks and supply with documentary evidence the solution of the incidents in order to establish problem-solving guides.
- Having a proactive attitude in order to recognize incidents, and ability to follow up its course until its completely and efficiently solved.
- Recognizing which incidents are out of your knowledge and/or responsibility range, and should be escalated to the second level, following the required proceedings to do so.

- The schedule is (39h/week):
Monday to Friday: 8am to 18pm
Saturday: 8am to 13pm

-The gross salary per year is 21.000€

Requisitos mínimos:
- Dutch C1 or C2 level
- English C1 or C2 level
- Previous customer service experience
- Customer Service orientation and interest
- Confident command of computers and its common tools and programs, including Microsoft Office
- High interest in the IT solutions field
- Good communication skills, critical thinking, positive attitude, team worker and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Work permit in Spain – If this is not your case, we could help you on getting the said permit if you are an European community citizen.
