Descripción de la oferta

* Managing day to day activities for the headquarter in Madrid, including planning and scheduling of business meetings, booking meeting rooms, conference calls and events; providing pre-read documents, distribute meeting materials and refernce materials.
* Act as main point of contact for third parties to ensure their efficient arrival and departure to meeting hosted.
* Act as key point of contact for the general organization of all site activities and meetings.
* Coordinate with IT, as well as suppliers, to hanlde all new technology set ups and logistics including equipment.
* Manage office expenses, including validating invoices also process invoice for payment in collaboration with corprate finance department.
* Liases withHR
* Managing Board of Directors.* 5+ years administrative and clerical experience, preferably within in life sciences industry.
* Advances word processing and computer skills as well as MS Office Package.
* Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English, Italian language skills are a plus.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Able to demonstrate initiative in resolving problems.
