Descripción de la oferta

The perfect candidate will:
* Create and execute the sales/growth strategy plan.
* Be the account management of new and existing agents..
* Grow our main sales channels: OTA, Trade Shows, Direct, P2P, and B2B.
* Produce Quarterly Business Reviews - review previous quarter's business, hit KPI's and discuss future goals.
* Up-sell - Help existing customers/agents expand their booking and group size.
* Re-training - conducting agent sales training to ensure agents have sufficient.
* knowledge and skill when selling on products.The perfect candidate:
* Is fluent in English, any other language is a bonus!
* Has experience in a Sales or Outbound environment in the Event, Travel or Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry is a must.
* Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing star up enviroment.
* Has strong verbal and written communication skills
* Is a real ideas person and like to push boundaries.
* The business has foreign suppliers (mostly European) so previous experience in cross-cultural communications is beneficial.
* Is a curious and willing to learn enthusiast, who wants to grow and improve with us.
* Has knowledge of WordPress or similar, confident with basic graphic design, and familiar with our major social media platforms.
* SEO experience is a bonus.
