Descripción de la oferta

The Payroll Administrator (French & Dutch) will be responsible for the oversight and timely submission of the monthly payrolls, coordinating with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely pay checks as well as to keep accurate payroll and employee records.


* Support HR in the maintenance of employee database, and ensuring data is accurate and timely provided
* Processing of new hires, terminations and leaves
* Collecting, reviewing, and verifying timecard/timesheet information
* Collecting the employees changes and submission for payroll processing
* Administering the organization's benefits programs (e.g., flex program, corporate benefits, insurance & car policies, etc.), in payroll
* Being a first point of contact for queries from employees and managers related to payroll and administration.


* Bachelor Degree.

* At least 1 year of experience in HR Administration or Payroll.
* Excellent written and oral French, Dutch and English is imperative (other language is a plus)
* Strong analytical skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel.
* Effective oral and written communication skills.
