International Art Gallery is looking for an International Accounting Manager (Maternity Cover).

* Preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end closeout accounting reports, by stablishing and enforcing generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
* Ensure the registry of the daily operations of the accounting department including:month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, reconciliations for the parent's intercompany entries and foreign currency accounting.
* Manage the consolidation of all Branches locations for monthly financial closings and perform liaison role with local offices.
* Preparation and submission of the documents for quarterly advanced VAT returns, withholding tax, as well as the annual tax declaration- good knowledge in tax law (VAT) is expected.
* Manages external annual audit, tax audits and branch offices accounting reviews.
* Work on international projects in cooperation with COO and external partners.


Perfil del candidato

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 5+ years of accounting experience.
* Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and tax regulations (intracommunity VAT and withholding tax).
* Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software.
* Excellent command in English and Spanish, German would be an asset.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.
* Structured, solution and result oriented working style, strong attention to details and confidentiality


Oferta de empleo

* Temporary contract.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of accounting experience.
Excellent command in English and Spanish, German would be an asset.
