
Tech Support with French role at IT Consultancy company in Barcelona

* Answer the information enquires and advanced support (and not the only ones) about; domains, email, hosting and web tools creation.
* Solve issues about products adquired from our customers
* Identify customer needs and support them during the purchase cicle
* Take care of the customer and help him/her to grow with our product / service portfolio
* Escalate the issues you cannot solve to the relevant department in English
Perfil del candidato
* Native level of French;
* Good knowledge of English and Spanish;
* Strong motivation for the relationship with the customer;
* Good communication skills;
* Knowledge in the area of registration and management of domain names is a plus;
* High ability to communicate and manage written and oral information:
* Customer service or helpdesk experience;
* Strong customer focus;
* Aptitude for technical support service.
