Recruitment Consultant for the Swiss IT market at PageGroup Shared Services Centre


Description

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant for the Swiss IT market, under Page Personnel brand, for our Resourcing Center based in Barcelona.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates seeking a diverse and challenging job in a fast paced, professional recruitment environment.



Primary Responsibilities:

* Proactively attracting and sourcing candidates for the Swiss market, focusing in the IT field





* Via a range of methods e.g. social networks, direct approach, research and internal systems





* Building and maintaining a network of candidates through targeted approach and recruitment





* Usage of modern recruitment tools for volume recruitment





* Updating and managing all candidate activity through an Applicant Tracking System





* Supporting the Head of Resourcing in producing metrics and reports for the business


Profile

* Ideally a degree in related field



* First recruitment experience in a dynamic environment





* Proven track record of high-quality recruitment in an international environment





* Experience in working for a Recruitment Agency and/or a Recruitment Service Center as well as usage of social networks is also highly desirable





* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





* Result focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work





* Strong team player with high level of flexibility





* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with a hands-on mentality





* Native level of French and fluent in English
