Oxford House is one of Barcelona's most prominent language schools and in continual growth. It offers English and Spanish language training in its centrally located school, as well as offering teacher training courses and language services for companies.

we are now seeking to grow our team by recruiting a well presented Administrative Receptionist and Sale Professional who is committed to providing a high standard of customer service which the company prides itself on.

the role will be based on the front desk reception; you will be at the forefront of the company and be responsible of the following duties:

· provide detailed information about our courses to prospective clients. This implies being able to identify customer needs and sell them the appropriate course. The candidate should have also a strong sales profile.

· respond to customer emails and phone calls.

· take payments.

· answering and screening general telephone calls.

· complete ad hoc administration work.

· welcome visitors, determine nature of business, and announce them to appropriate personnel.

· cash control, office stationary maintenance and general office support.

· ensure the Reception area is maintained to a high standard.

intensive - mornings 15. 00 - 22. 15 and alternate Saturdays.
