We are looking for a commercially minded and analytically thinking person for a challenging role within our organization, mixed with administrative tasks and cross-department functionality. As Back Office Manager, you will be responsible to support sales activities and coordinate the commercial activities of the company. This position belongs to the commercial team of Hetero Europe within the Business Development Department, and the tasks and responsibilities include activities related to business development, supply chain, and general commercial administration. This position requires business travels. This job is conducted in English language. You will report directly to the Head of Business Development.


Description

* Achieve personal, department and company objectives as established by the firm
* Calculate and prepare prices and offers
* Market & Business Analysis and preparation of business cases for new opportunities
* Update commercial databases
* Direct and indirect negotiation with clients, suppliers, and internal resources
* Support and amplify the commercial activities of Hetero Europe
* Report regularly the status and progress of the tasks you will be involved in, as well as commercial activities of the company
* Work according to the company's code of conduct and spirit, and fully exert yourself to maintain a successful relationship for both parties and for clients.


Profile

* BS or MS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Life Science or other relevant subjects
* Prior experience in pharmaceutical and/or commercial functions preferred
* Fluency in English - both in written and spoken language
* High level of expertise in MS Office, especially with Excel
* Pro-active and self-motivated professional
* Solid skills with logical thinking, mathematics, business principles and commercial activities


Job Offer

Permanent contract, with initially 6 months of contract period with Page Personnel ETT.BS or MS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Life Science or other relevant subjects
Prior experience in pharmaceutical and/or commercial functions preferred
Fluency in English
