Consulting firm specialising in Alternative Finance is looking for a Controller/Accountant.


Description

The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:

* Oversee and manage the general accounting functions.
* Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
* Participate in Structuring transactions, developing and negotiating term sheets to execution.
* Prepare, revew, and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Perform ad doc analysis and projects as requested.
* Responsible for issuing customer invoices, credit notes and receipts.
* Maintains records and taking appropriate actions on Debt Repayment Schedule, Bank Facility balance, Promissory notes & Bank Guarantee's in favour of the fund.
* Performs documentation tasks related to: Loans, payments, trade finance, promissory notes, renewals & cancellation process.


Profile

About you:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA or CPA
* Minimum 5 years' working experience in financial accounting, management and reporting roles
* High English level (C1 at least)
