Multinational group located in Madrid is looking for a Billing Specialists with English


Description

The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:

* Searching each financial statement for any payment inconsistencies or errors
* Collaborating with customers, third party institutions and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
* Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a third party
* Inputting payment history, upcoming payment information or other financial data into an individual account
* Finding financial solutions for third parties who may need payment assistance
* Informing third parties of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines


Profile

The chosen candidate should have the following requirements:

* At least Professional Training (LevelII) in Technical Management Administration
* +2 years of experience dealing with accounting, administrative tasks
* Knowledge of accounting, reports and comparisons
* Good level of English
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of JD Edwards is desirable


Job Offer

We offer:

* A contract of 6 months + 6 months + permanent contract
* Tickets restaurant
* Monday - Thursday 08:30 a 17:30 h / Friday 08:30 a 16:30 h // Summer (July & August) Monday - Friday 08:30 - 15:00 hbilling specialist
