As a member of the BSB Admissions Team, will have strong focus and commercial drive to deliver the Customer Journey to prospective families and support the whole team with achieving assigned objectives.

* Performing all interactions with the highest level of customer service and professionalism, demonstrating strong service and sales approach.
* Strong focus on professional commercial relationships.
* Demonstrated entrepreneurial profile to seek new opportunities, commercial agreements and potential partnerships.
* Ability to closely collaborate with colleagues across different departments, providing support and assistance, showing a professional attitude, with a good understanding of confidentiality.
* Vision and strategic analytical skills to identify trends and develop engagement to create a positive impact on prospect families.
* Ability to provide the necessary reporting of Admissions KPI¡'s and metrics.
* Self-motivated, with the skill to handle large amount of information and prioritising workload to successfully work under pressure with short deadlines.
* Ability to work independently, methodically with high level of accuracy and good attention to detail
* Knowledge of Customer Systems, Data bases, CRM platforms at proficiency user level.
* Demonstrated experience using MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook
* High commitment with the company´s objectives and values.
* Excellent written and oral communication Skills in English, Spanish and Catalan


Perfil del candidato

* Qualification: Bachelor¡¯s Degree is desirable.
* Knowledge/experience: Meaningful working experience of 3 years in Admissions Departments or related fields, preferably in an educational environment.
* Previous command of SIMS (School Information System), MS Dynamics, Portal or any other Software related to record students¡¯ data is desirable.
* Competences: Personal drive, integrity, customer service orientation, problem-solving, organized and team working.
* Languages: Fluency in additional languages are a plus (e.g. Russian or Chinese).Qualification: Bachelor¡¯s Degree is desirable.
