
In Grupo Crit we are looking for a School Admissions Manager for our client, an important international school, to enhance and promote the brand new school to be opened shortly in Barcelona City Centre.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that the prospective families are made aware of the new school and receive a best-in-class customer service experience.
* Manage and monitor the quality and integrity of the end-to-end Admissions process.
* Lead an assigned team through motivation, training and development, performance management and feedback, while fostering teamwork, morale, and professionalism.
Requirements
* Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or similar is desirable.
* Knowledge/experience: Relevant working experience of 5 years minimum, preferably in Admissions Departments or related areas and in an educational environment.
* Knowledge of Customer Systems, Data bases, CRM platforms at proficiency user level.
* Demonstrated experience using MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Experience in using MS Dynamics is a plus.
* Excellent written and oral communication Skills in English, Spanish and Catalan.
