Answering Inbound calls of Dutch or Belgian clients with a repair request for appliances.

The Agent should have a strong commercial profile, capable of making sales and hitting targets.

Adding to thisthis, the Agent should also be responsible forfor the Customer Service and claim handling of our services.

-Registration of client´s details and information.

-Making Making sales and and offering extended warranties to the the clients

-Booking repairs and appointments appointments for the clients.


Perfil del candidato

Able to effectively communicate to customers. Dynamic, rigorous , diplomatic and highly communicative. Easy adaptable to different partners. Teamwork , proactive and excellent customer service skills.
