An international automotive company is looing for an OTC Accountant with english and SAP.

The chosen candidate will have the following functions:

* Being the interface and point of contact between the Business Process Outsourcing delivery team(s) and the organization
* Develop and maintain strong relationships and effective working environments with all the departments across the OTC business
* Follow-up inquires and perform timely escalation to applicable parties for swift resolution
* Perform issue resolution of inquires relating to in-scope OTC process such as (but not limited to):

Customer master data process

Processing of invoices, deductions, returns and discounts

Application and allocation of incoming payments

Analysis of overdue invoices

Management of customer inquiries & reclamations

OTC closing activities

* Leading implementation of process changes and improvements initiatives in area of responsibility
* Create desktop procedures and ensure their continuous alignment with current processes
* Monitoring rule-based activities performed by an off shore Shared Service Center (SSC)
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)


Perfil del candidato

The chosen candidate should have the following skills:

* University degree in Finance or equivalent
* 4 years plus of experience in Accounting
* SAP S/4 Hana knowledge is desirable
* Knowledge of Finance processes and policies and full ability of applying these in the daily work
* Experience in executing global processes locally and globally and working effectively in a global team
* Fluent in English, oral and written. Any other language is a plus.
* Ability to plan and prioritize with a flexible and positive mind set.

* Actively take a part in smaller projects
* Good communication and cooperation skills
* High integrity
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to keep deadlines
