Sales Operations Officer with Italian or French (Home Office) Barcelona

Leading international company based in Vallés Oriental(Barcelona), dedicated to produce inks for packaging and print media industries, are looking for a Sales Operations Officer with Italian and/or French and English. Candidates with B2B Customer Service experience will be considered for this role.Description

* Steer and manage the operative back-office sales activities.

* Daily customer contact for all relevant business questions.

* Manage account clearance activities.

* Maintain and provide prices / price lists.

* Create quotations to customers, dealers and agents.

* Maintain bonus and commission agreements and all other conditions (terms, prices and special conditions/rebates) in SAP system.

* Credit management (e.g. order release, credit limit, business reports).

* Create credit/debit notes for technical and sales related issues.

* Maintain webshop for customers.

* Customer master data management.

* Manage finance agreements, bonus and commission agreements including monthly, quarterly and yearly settlement.

* Securitisation of policies and guidelines for the business.

* Interface between Customer, Sales, Technical Service, Logistics, Marketing and Finance.


Profile

* SAP knowledge mandatory, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint desirable.

* Experience in Customer Service or similar department.

* Spanish, Italian and/or French + English business fluent.

* Open-minded, positive business attitude.

* International experience with good commercial and technical understanding.

* High flexibility and the attitude of adaption combined with a team player style.
