Descripción de la oferta

Management of merchandise stocks for Spain and Portugal. Support the divisional RMP in the daily management of the department.


*Stock Management and Allocation

* Responsible for executing stock control per store, and (re)allocation in the country.
* Responsible for divisional stock control for openings, closings and refurbishments: ensures the initial allocation for openings and tracks stock levels during the renovations and closings.
* Parameter Performance Analysis: performs manual call offs of the national warehouse in exceptional cases.
* Support for merchandise allocation per store: shares top-level information loop on allocation and replenishment issues in the country (responsibility for creating the assignment resides at the center).

*Module picking

* Coordination of ISP and module picking process. Precise management of capacity check, space management and stock control process.

*First knot of contact with logistics, acting as a central point of reference for DC's requests for merchandise information.

*Responsible for analyzing and following commercial projects, together with the divisional RMP; develop custom reports for specific use (weekly start, store study, etc.).


* 1-2 years of professional experience.

* Experience in retail is an advantage.
* Team spirit: cooperate and work as a team, overcoming borders.

* Organization: organize and prioritize tasks; create a focus and stay on track.

* Autonomy: work independently within the framework and deadlines; enforcement and perseverance.

* Initiative: act on your own initiative within its scope of action and responsibilities.

* Proposal force: know how to make decisions within its scope of action and responsibilities, always from the customer's point of view: know how to identify and analyze all possible choices to achieve the goals set / know how to come up with innovative solutions / creativity and questioning.

* Ability to change, flexibility and adaptability - resilience: be open to change; adapt to internal (decision) and external changes (tools, market, trades, etc.) and to evolve your work accordingly.

* Result orientation: implement solutions to achieve or exceed goals.

* English: Good level of written and spoken.

* Very good MS-Office knowledge (excel / word / power point).

* Bachelor degree or equivalent education (preferably in economics or similar)
