The responsibilities of the Office Assistant will be; Supporting the HR Team and the maintance of the office in Madrid.

Management of the general service suppliers (providers) once of the main task.
* Answering and transferring calls
* Contact with suppliers : Raise orders following the approval policy
* Ensuring all stock is ordered and replenished when needed
* Raising Purchase order, control invoices
* Provide administrative support to the Management team
* Manage diaries, meeting rooms and set up for events (when applicable)
* Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
* Providing HR support to the team
* Project support where required* Office Assistant or Facility Manager experience for a minimum of 2 years
* Fluent in English and Spanish, French as third language nice to have
* Self-motivated
* Strong MS Office Skills
* Keen eye for details
* Logical Approach
* Confident telephone manner
* Confident in liaising with clients and suppliers
* Proficient with working with numbers
