Descripción de la oferta

* Creating and modifying detailed budget files by employee for Spain and France.
* Consolidation of worldwide budget files.
* Budget HC and Payroll bridges.
* Comparisons and reports vs R1, B20, etc.
* Simulations based on changes in HCs, salary increases, commissions, etc.
* Liaise with markets and the financial department to ensure alignment of the budget, landings, and Rs.
* Produce the reports.
* Create presentations for the HR director.


Perfil del candidato

* Degree in Human Resources.
* Fluent in English.
* At least two years in payroll controlling or budgeting roles.
* Analytical mindset in strategic, tactical and operational roles.
* Used to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Used to work with different countries and departments (HR, financial, manufacturing).
* Advanced Excel user.
* Basic payroll and financial knowledge.


Oferta de empleo
