From Manpower we are selecting an EMEA Inventory Specialist (M/F) with residence in Madrid to work in an important company in the health sector.

The EMEA Inventory Specialist is a member of the EMEA Inventory Team is responsible for leading and executing on inventory management daily operations. Specifically, this role is responsible for supporting EMEA inventory management daily operations for the 8 EMEA zones (128 countries): 1) data analytics, 2) tool design, 3) lead around obsolete, non-utilized, scrap, sell off, write off aging/ damaged inventory projects. Additionally, the EMEA Inventory Specialist will be in charge to build analytics for each EMEA zone around: 1) inventory on hands, 2) burn plan, 3) build plan, 4) quarterly obso estimate, ensuring tools are reflecting the reality across zones and SBUs. The EMEA Inventory Specialist will partner with the EMEA Inventory Leader and assist on strategic projects defined for the month/quarter around: 1) data validation, 2) data analysis, 3) scenario building, 4) action plan validation, 4) action plan follow up upon closure. The role is a key position within the EMEA Inventory Team as the EMEA Inventory Specialist will ensure that inventory opportunities for the month/ quarter happen timely. Preferably with residence in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:
Establish and own inventory op mechs with EMEA zones to drive execution of operating plan and project funnel around: 1) scrap, 2) write-off, 3) offer to Services/ Goldseal, 4) return to manufacturing, 5) obsolete exposure, 6) aged burn.
Ensure tools are reflecting EMEA zones reality and provide visibility around quarterly landing point and deviation from OP.
Build action plans to ensure inventory opportunity for EMEA region happen timely.
Collaborate with S&OP and other EMEA Inventory Specialists and Order Managers to improve inventory turns, reduce days on hands, and optimize EMEA inventory reaching the vision of just in time inventory.



Qualifications:
Degree in Operations, Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
6 years of Inventory, Materials, Operations, or Program Management.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Demonstration of rigor and strong execution in an operational environment.
Clear communication in English (verbal, written).
Strong computer analytics skills, e.g. Microsoft Excel, dashboard, smartsheet…
High say/do ratio.

Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.


Contract Conditions:
Salary: 24.000€ gross annual
