Important multinational in Barcelona is searching for a Team Lead Helpdesk.

* Escalating tickets as appropriate in line with ITIL best practice
* Providing a high level of customer service
* Documenting tickets effectively to help future support
* Working in a organised and timeley manner
* 2st line technical support experience
* 2 years or more experience as leader in Global organizations
* Ability to manage employees remotely
* Ability to prioritize tasks incidents and projects
* Multi-tasking
* Proven knowledge Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office 2010 to 2016 and Office 365
* Basic Network maintainence
* Active Directory administration
* Provide solutions to desktop / mobile and systems problems
* Friendly and approachable telephone manner
* Good communication skills
* Team Player
* Software troubleshooting and assistance
* Experience of working to and reporting against SLAs
* Good working knowledge of current versions of MS Office and Microsoft Windows
* Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint OnLine
* Hardware troubleshooting and support
* Windows laptops and PCs
* Printers and peripherals
* Server Administration and support
* Windows Server 2012 R2 and later
* Active Directory
* Networking knowledge
* Know how to work under pressure
* LAN/WAN technology fundamentals
