International company focused on marketing, sales and customer experience needs to recruit a Contact Centre Senior Solutions Engineer.


Descripción de la oferta

* Lead the technology decision making globally for the company.
* Extensive hands on delivery is expected.
* Focal point for all technology designs, acting as Solutions Designer for all changes.
* Create strong working relationships between Operations, company Support and the CC Engineering team
* Utilise our CC Technology Partner to manage workload.
* Instrumental in the creation of new and exciting products and services for the Contact Center.
* Carry out research to help us push the boundaries of Contact Centre innovation.
* Support internal teams for guidance on 3rd Party applications and integrations, such as integrating with Salesforce, Zendesk etc.
* Hands on, performing research and development for solutions, identifying areas of optimisation for client delivery.
* Support users with Ad hoc requests and general support issues.


Perfil del candidato

* A strong interest in technology both at home and at work, with a desire to investigate new ideas.
* Keen to utilise modern "game changing" tech in the business world.
* Enjoys playing with technology to see "how it works".
* Strong analysis, problem solving and social skills.
* An infectious "can do" attitude, with a desire to make things work.
* A "completer finisher"; keen to deliver on time, whilst ensuring solutions work as they should.
* Team player, able to work effectively at many levels of an organization as well as with customers.
* 2+ years working with Genesys.
* 5+ years working in Call Center environments.
* Strong aptitude for understanding business problems.
* Very technical, strong competencies across Contact Center solutions, networking, and IT Support.
* Technical integration of CRM tools are used in a Contact Center, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot.
