The successful candidate will be an outstanding representative and natural ambassador of the whole school's community acting as the main point of contact for potential new families by providing the best customer experience journey through the entire admissions process.

The appointed person will manage and ensure the quality of the service provided and the integrity of the end-to- end Admissions protocols and process.

The Admissions Officer will be part of a skilled team in delivering a customer focused experience, as well as having excellent data management and superb attention to detail.

Required skills:

* Achieving team performance standards and being part of the team towards accomplishing assigned
* Strong focus on sales and commercial relationships, always offering excellent customer
* Vision and strategic analytical skills to identify trends and develop engagement to create a positive impact on prospect
* Ability to monitor and evaluate the schools admissions progress through periodic and on-demand reports.
* Investigates and collects knowledge of main competitors in the area and their activities.
* Facilitate departmental communications to help create a positive, team-oriented
* Own and lead the preparation and running of recruitment events (communications / logistics / coordination and brief to all relevant staff involved).
* Ability to closely collaborate with colleagues across different departments, providing support and assistance, showing a professional attitude, with a good understanding of

Perfil del candidato

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

* Commercial drive
* Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or similar (desirable).
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Spanish and Catalan.
* Knowledge/experience: Relevant working experience of 2 years minimum, preferably in Admissions Departments or related areas and in an educational
* Previous command of SIMS (School Information System), MS Dynamics, Portal or any other Software related to record students' data is
* Competences: Personal drive, integrity, customer service, problem-solving, organized and team working.
* Languages: Fluency in additional languages are a plus (e.g., Russian or Chinese).
