Marketing Manager is responsible at local level for product management, which includes planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer needs, working closely with agronomy, sales, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and business development.

Plan, coordinate, execute and participate in project development and launch of new products.

Provide local market vision and inputs to help to build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.

Communicate the value of new products to local sales teams and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.

Aligned with Global Marketing strategies, MM manages communication plans and promotion at country level.

Lead and coordinate the actions designed to generate demand between commercial and agronomy.

Take care of product reputation into the marketplace, managing and ensuring a good technology transfer to customers and getting feedback about product performance and market trends.

Define, coordinate, monitor and implement local strategies with the aim to engage stakeholders.

Understanding product selling points, identifying, and filling product gaps.

Take part in presentations and events. Present products to both external and internal audiences.

Get customer feedback and needs, identifying new business opportunities or product ideas.

Accountable for timelines and deadlines for the development/launch of products.

Provide market information and competitive analysis to corporate to elaborate business cases and product positioning. Research competitor offerings.

Create content such as case studies, videos, website, or Social Networks.

Together with commercial defines, estimates, and executes yearly marketing campaigns to meet business goals and sales.

Perfil del candidato

Degree: Agronomist

Other valuable requirements: Strong agronomic and technical knowledge, marketing certificate, commercial background, used to deal with customers, technicians, stakeholders.

Experience: Intermediate position with around 5-6 years of experience in biostimulants or crop protection businesses, working in technical selling, operational marketing, or commercial positions.

Experience in project management, product launch and understanding customer needs.

Languages: Spanish, fluent written and spoken English.

Effective use of computers, ITs, systems, MS Office, CRM, used to deal with market data, etc.
