The client is seeking a passionate Perfomance Manager to join our team! He/she will play a critical role in delivering accurate, insightful analysis to drive decision-making throughout the organization.

* Develop and execute a strong performance marketing strategy across digital channels including but not limited to search, social, shopping ads, video, display, and affiliate marketing.
* Manage performance marketing budget, establishing and maintaining monthly KPI targets.
* Oversee day-to-day digital media agency relationship, including status calls, regular optimization recommendations, asset trafficking, and ad hoc requests.
* Expand consideration efforts including non-brand search, lookalike audiences, and lead generation campaigns to drive qualified inbound traffic and leads.
* Develop and optimize performance marketing A/B testing and targeting plans across consideration and conversion efforts.
* Oversee new visitor A/B testing plans on brand.com leveraging Optimizely to optimize conversion rate.
* Manage our Digital Content Coordinator and Online Marketing Specialist on keyword optimization strategy to ensure SEO and SEM efforts are complementary.
* Recruit and manage our Customer Retention specialist to optimize lifecycle marketing strategy and execution that will increase engagement and customer LTV (email campaigns, A/B testing, repeat customer conversion rate optimization, …)
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. product merchandising, marketing, sales) to define priorities and align on content & communication strategies across all channels, across the full funnel.


Perfil del candidato

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Ecommerce, Marketing or a related field of study.
* 5-7 years of experience in the digital marketing space.
* Data-driven and analytical.
* Experience with conversion rate optimization A/B testing tools (e.g. Monetate, Optimizely).
* Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager.
* A strong understanding of the consumer / retail environment and competitive marketplace.
* Should be a motivated self-starter, process-oriented with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment and flexibility to accommodate demanding projects schedules.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
