A multinational environmental health & safety company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist for the HR Department.

The chosen candidate will do the following tasks:

* Leads implementation of reward policy aligned to business objectives.
* Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
* Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value
* Supports annual Pay Review & Bonus processes (including reward data).
* Drives projects and delivers business analysis by conducting salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
* Engages & supports the wider HR team to develop understanding & cooperation.
* Designs and develops enhanced management reporting for key stakeholders.
* Manages confidential reward data to ensure maximum accuracy, validity & compliance.
* Develops and delivers reward training interventions to ensure quality data management.
* Acts as SME for local benefits management.
* Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications based on the corporate grading model.
* Assess employees' needs by conducting organisational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees and monitoring the actions and active benefits impacts.
* Apply effective communication strategies when needed and specially for global key processes (pay review, GMBS, grading)
* Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the field
* Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations (pay equity, human rights, etc)
* Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports


Perfil del candidato

The chosen candidate should have the following skills:

* Graduate level education
* Professional HR / Reward study / qualification
* Relevant specialist training
* Fluency in business English
* Relevant level of experience of reward & benefits delivery
* High degree of self-organization, task prioritization and delivery focus
* Strong analytical capability combined with good reporting skills
* Excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship management ability
* Strong attention to detail but knowing when an 80:20 solution is appropriate
* Ability to work at pace and can adapt to changing business focus or priorities.
* Reliability in delivery and consistently high standard of performance
* Excellent team cooperation and teamwork in supporting international and local colleagues and internal clients
* Flexible and pragmatic in terms of working in a small busy multi-functional team
